Any disputes that arise in the organization, a leader must take the One the best decision. but let not the decision-making there who feel wronged. If the decision there who feel harmed, then the impact will arise lack of harmony in the organization.

One day there was an event that involves people who are at the bottom of the structure, but at was also present when people who are on the structure. At the end of the event organizers of the event giving 14 envelopes containing money that purpose were distributed to people who are in the bottom structure and the people who are not given the structure of the envelope. Because the event organizers argued that the envelope was only given to people who are in bottom structure. Apparently what happened? The people who exist in the force structure for requesting and demanding it be given an envelope containing money as those who received located on the carrying structure. What decisions can you take?
